Submitting applications for a license, authorization or certificate:

Any commercial entity that seeks to obtain a license, authorization or certificate, must submit to the State Export Control Authority the necessary documentation.

The documentation must be placed in a non-transparent envelope, sealed and signed with the name of the interested subject and deposited in the protocol office of AKSHE.

The protocol office of AKSHE, after registering the envelope, gives the subject the protocol number that his envelope holds.

All communication and exchange of information (correspondence) between AKSHE and the entity must be done in writing.

The subject has the right to request additions to the object related to the activity or goods included in this transfer. For this he must submit a request for addition of the facility.

The documentation submitted by the entity on the basis of which the license or authorization was issued, should not change during the period of its validity.

If there are changes on this data, the holder is obliged to declare in writing within 10 days to AKSHE these changes. In case the nature of these changes changes the essence of the object of the license / authorization, AKSHE may revoke this license. Of course the subject has the right to re-apply a new claim.
